Justification of the methodical approach of the evaluation of the organizational mechanism's efficiency of the state regulation of the sustainable development of the agrarian sector Ukraine economy

At the article was determined the organizational mechanism of the state regulation of the sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the economy of Ukraine. The key elements of researched mechanism were identified, such as: object, subject, representatives of the state regulation, aim, tasks, principles, functions, efficiency of functioning. In addition, it was researched that the elements of the organizational mechanism of the state regulation of the sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the economy of Ukraine are multivectorited and complexity. This organizational mechanism has a target's orientation that fact gives opportunities to justify of the stages and structural elements of its efficiency estimation.
The previous analysis of the structure of the organizational mechanism of the state regulation of the sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the economy of Ukraine was used as a base for the justification of the methodical approach to its efficiency estimation. In framework of practical realization of this methodical approach was provided for a thorough estimation next following components:
the analysis of the state legislative support of the determinants of the mechanism of the state regulation: economic policy, agricultural sector, the concept of sustainable development;
the evaluation of the interaction between representatives of the state regulation and object of the mechanism of the state regulation;
the analysis of the efficiency of the measures of the state regulation of the sustainable development of the agricultural sector;
the identifying and evaluation of the quality indicators of the current organizational mechanism of the state regulation of the sustainable development of the agricultural sector in terms of conceptual components: economic, social, ecological.
The key advantages of this methodical approach are: the complexity and the multilevel structure of estimation which includes basis elements from regulatory-legal mechanism and financial-economic mechanism. The results of estimations each components are analytical basis of the determining the range of problematic issues and justification of measures for their decision. This information will give opportunity to improvement of the current organizational mechanism of the state regulation of the sustainable development of the agricultural sector of the economy of Ukraine.
