The article notes the importance of paying attention to the components of the process of formation and development of civil society, and especially the culture of communication both at the level of social and professional. The author considers the leading directions and ways of developing a culture of communication through educational activities as an opportunity for the first step towards a healthy civil society.
The process of society development and its course to increase the conscious citizens of their country requires the creation of preconditions for the formation of new non-traditional components in all spheres of life, including education, innovative social activities, and innovation is a form of social development - innovative progress. We suggest paying attention to rural youth, which has unlimited potential, but not very active process of involving this category in the development of the European model.
