Abstract

In the article, the author conducted a study of the features of the organization of the educational process in schools, reflects the specifics of the functioning and modifications of the secondary education system during a pandemic. The author paid special attention to the conditions of education in institutions of secondary education in European countries, which are of interest to scientists, practicing teachers and methodologists, from the initial stage of the spread of the pandemic in the context of globalization to its decline. At each stage of the organization of the educational process in a pandemic, there is a scientific methodological understanding of the quality of the organization of education. It also expands the methodology and forms of organizational conditions, requires the introduction of appropriate regulatory and organizational and legal changes caused by modern threats and the need to transform the educational process in educational institutions.

The author of the article pays special attention to topical issues in the field of public administration of education in a pandemic. Here she includes the specifics of the formation of the educational process in European countries, their innovative approaches and ways of organizing it, which revealed the effectiveness or inefficiency of the use of appropriate methods and technologies for teaching schoolchildren in a pandemic. Such experience is very valuable for Ukrainian managers in the current conditions that have arisen in connection with the military situation in Ukraine, which arose as a result of Russia's attack on the Ukrainian state.

The article also notes the features of the organization of the educational process in schools during a pandemic as a complex and ambiguous process caused by various factors, ranging from economic to social. Such negative trends have made significant adjustments to the life of society around the world and each industry in particular. These changes in the organization of the educational process in the context of the pandemic affected the education sector extremely painfully. As you know, one of the goals of stable and productive development of the UN until 2030 is to provide comprehensive and equitable quality education and encourage lifelong learning opportunities for all. Therefore, in the article the author will try not only to consider, but also to propose to adapt the best trends in the organization of the educational process in European countries, which are world leaders in the educational industry, to Ukraine.
