SOME ASPECTS OF IMPROVING THE LEGAL MECHANISM OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION IN THE FIELD OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the analysis of the legal mechanism of state management of intellectual property in Ukraine at the present stage of state formation. The brief description of the legal mechanism of public administration is generalized and given. The peculiarities of the legal mechanism of public administration in the field of intellectual property are analyzed. The system of national and international normative legal acts regulating the sphere of intellectual property in Ukraine is generalized and characterized. An analysis of international ratings and their indicators that assess the level of development of property in the world. The existing problems in the field of intellectual property in Ukraine, which exist at the legislative level, are outlined. The importance of directing the state policy on further improvement of the legal mechanism of the state administration in the field of intellectual property is determined. The need to improve the quality and level of development of regulations in the field of intellectual property in Ukraine is pointed out. An important task in this area of public administration is quality lawmaking and law enforcement to increase the rule of law. The article identifies the main problems that need to be addressed in order to improve the legal mechanism of state management of intellectual property in Ukraine. The author identifies the main directions, the development of which will increase the level of stimulation of creative and innovative activities and protection and defense of intellectual property rights, and as a consequence the development of the economy and investment attractiveness of Ukraine. It is established that further reform in the field of intellectual property is a necessary condition for international integration, as the last decade, despite constant changes in this area, has not significantly changed Ukraine's position in the international arena.
