The article analyzes factors influencing the formation of trust in the health care system. It was found that the phenomenon of trust in the scientific discourse is considered at the systemic, institutional and interpersonal level and in the vast majority of scientific studies is correlated with the created positive image of the subject in the information space. It is emphasized that the understanding of trust in the health care system is mostly shaped by uniform approaches of a sociological orientation, which makes it impossible to use them for the justification of state-management decisions and the formation of state policy in health care.
At the systemic level, the public management bodies of the industry with the help of information from digital services get the opportunity to form financial, personnel, and information policy in health care, manage the resources of the industry in conditions of systemic crises, and ensure control over the targeted use of budget funds. It was determined that in the conditions of changes, the wide use of digital technologies and services is important for the formation of trust in health care. The main directions of the influence of digital technologies on the formation of trust in health care at the systemic, institutional and interpersonal levels have been studied. It was concluded that the digital information environment, as a communicative space, has significant potential and can act not only as a generator of trust, but also as a means of managing trust, forming new models of communication between authorities, public organizations, mass media, health care institutions and population.
