WORK ORGANIZATION OF CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR TIME

The scientific article presents the results of a study of the state of the organization of the work of civil servants under martial law, in particular such key aspects as: peculiarities of the organization of the work of civil servants; changes in load, functionality and performance; pay; establishment of communication and interaction in the state body; needs for informational and methodological support from the NADS. According to the results of the survey, the opinion of the respondents was investigated as to how indicators of workload, productivity and quality of work of civil servants changed in the conditions of martial law.
The study concerned a number of important problems and issues that arose during the professional activities of civil servants under martial law, among them it is worth highlighting: change of location, forms of work, work regime, change in the level of wages, peculiarities of communication and interaction, etc.
The conducted research made it possible to identify 9 groups of needs by summarizing the information received, in particular: regarding the reform of the civil servants' remuneration system, optimization, remuneration, features of the stay of civil servants abroad under martial law, organization and work regime, provision of holidays under martial law, recruitment, professional training of civil servants, issues of public service work and other issues.
