Public management of the protection of national values in foreign countries in the context of a full-scale russian-ukrainian war

The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of the public administration of the protection of national values in foreign countries in order to adapt their positive experience in Ukraine. The subject of the study is a set of principles, methods and scientific approaches of public administration for the protection of national values, which are respected in European countries.
The methodological basis of the article is a theoretical analysis of the principles, methods and scientific approaches of public administration for the protection of national values in foreign countries, their implementation in the conditions of a full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war.
In the article, the author notes that the declaration of European identity was based on a common heritage, which is based on the following values: an identical attitude to life, formed on the idea of creating a society in accordance with the needs of people; principles of effective democracy; equality before the law; social justice and respect for human rights. To join the European community, Ukraine needs to adapt these values and build a civilized defense of the national values of the Ukrainian state, especially in the face of globalization challenges and transformational changes.
It is advisable to use the experience of public management of the protection of the national values of Germany, France or Great Britain for the development of Ukraine in precisely those aspects that are perceived by Ukrainian society and the state. The author believes that among the priority European achievements, the following are important for implementation in Ukraine: maintaining security on the European continent in the face of Russian aggression against the European continent, raising the level of self-awareness of citizens of the state to promote Ukraine as part of the European Union, and developing civic education.
The positive experience of such European states as Great Britain, Germany and France regarding the public management of the protection of national values can be adapted in Ukraine on the basis of European security, international partnership, and contribute to the approaching victory of Ukraine in a full-scale Russian-Ukrainian war over the invader.
