Abstract

The article is devoted to the definition of the essence of procrastination as a psychological term in the process of professional activity of civil servants. As a result of empirical research, psychodiagnostics of individual-personal predictors of public servants' crazing was carried out. Attention is focused on the fact that personal readiness for changes in professional activity is the basis for the use of conscious behavior, attitude to active actions, adaptation of civil servants for successful management decisions, but a high level of procrastination prevents the timely implementation of actions and actions in public administration.

In particular, the article examines the particularities of individual-personal predictors about the crazing of civil servants. The features of blocks of rigidity, subjective control, motivation, perfectionism, and coping are analyzed.

On the basis of the results of an empirical study on the study of the characteristics of individual-personal predictors of public servants, the article presents the results confirming that the level of rigidity in the studied public servants is increased, the public servants who took part in the survey showed dominance over the individual's harmonious striving for perfection. Prerequisites for this are the following factors: inadequately overestimated one's capabilities or reality, chronic dissatisfaction with one's life, one's self, disappointment in life and one's self, inadequate testing of reality and one's self, chronic feeling of fatigue, and other factors.
